Duties & Responsibilities

   •  Handle customers, risk carriers, and providers’ requests

   •  Make the necessary administrative and medical clearance to provide medical decisions for Inpatient, Outpatient, pharmacy, and ER claims as per GlobeMed Lebanon guidelines & protocols

   •  Inform the patient about all details related to his coverage (In, Out, Excess, limitation, CNSS, Rejection...)

   •  Check on false declarations and take necessary action

   •  Coordinate with the Supervisor for all complicated cases and check for cost-saving

Requirements

   •  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

   •  1 or 2 years of experience in the related field

   •  English language is necessary; French is a plus

   •  Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

   •  Time management

   •  Customer-oriented, good listener, and patient
