2. How do I install the GlobeMed FIT mobile application?
To download GlobeMed FIT, follow the below steps.
Go to the Apple Store or Play Store and search for GlobeMed FIT, or scan the QR code:
- Once installed, open the application and select the country: Lebanon.
- Fill all the information under Sign up.
- Insert your username and password:
- Username: Your Insurance Number
- Password: Your year of birth. It is important you change your password after your first sign in.
3. How can I find a healthcare provider under the GlobeMed Lebanon Network?
To locate a healthcare provider, you can:
- Install our GlobeMed FIT mobile application and find all GlobeMed Lebanon healthcare providers under the "Find Medical Facility" feature.
- In addition, you can go to "Advanced Search" to have access to all detailed information related to our healthcare providers such as location, type, specialty and working hours.
