A Nurse Delegate is the representative of our company with all involved stakeholders. She/he provide the needed assistance, approvals, and follow-up with adherents served by GlobeMed Lebanon, as per the company guidelines and protocols.
Medical Officer – Medical Services Department
The Medical Officer makes sure that insured patients get quality healthcare. He/she is the first interlocutor with our risk carriers and healthcare providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patient cases.
